Supercharger orders now being taken

SPS Automotive are proud to introduce a range of Supercharger power upgrade options for your Toyota powered Elise or Exige.

We are now supplying the highly regarded Vision Function supercharger kits from the US and can offer a range of upgrades to suit all budgets.

The Vision Function supercharger kits all use the Eaton MP62 roots-type supercharger as used by Lotus in the Exige S, Cup 240, 2-11 etc.
This model supercharger provides exceptional performance in the Elise and Exige models.

The base kits (Stage 0 & Stage 1) use a 3.2in pulley that produces 7.45 PSI of boost in the intake manifold.

In order to make the supercharger as efficient as possible, a cast supercharger inlet and outlet was designed using advance CAD techniques. The outcome was staggering numbers which really show up on the dyno numbers and the road performance of the supercharger kits.

The Intake Manifold also is a new design and has been designed to reduce turbulence and evenly distribute air flow across all four cylinders with a large plenum chamber and short inlet tracts.

The air-to-air intercooler (used in our Stage I and Stage II kits) has been specified to reduce intake charge temperatures by up to 60°C, therefore increasing the density of the intake air. Not only does this mean significantly more power over non-intercooled setups running the same boost pressure, but also reduces the risk of detonation.

One of the most important part of any upgrade for Toyota powered cars is the ECU mapping. Vision Function sought the best Engine Management Solution available and have set up a great working relationship with CharlieX. Together they have spent countless hours refining the Fuel Map, Ignition Map, Variable Cam Timing Map, etc.
Different intake and exhaust manifold setups can be catered for to optimise the map for your car.
